Connecting Berlin with Poland’s Space Ecosystem

2–5 November 2026 | Wroclaw · Warsaw · Gdansk

The European space sector is becoming increasingly connected — and SPACE Berlin International (SBI) is taking Berlin’s space ecosystem to Poland.

From 2–5 November 2026, SBI will organise a space delegation from Berlin to Wroclaw, Warsaw and Gdansk, bringing Berlin-based space companies, start-ups, research institutions and other aerospace stakeholders together with actors from Poland’s growing space ecosystem.

The Goal is: 

• discover space technologies
• exchange expertise
• meet potential partners 
• reate new opportunities for cooperation across the European space sector.

 WHY POLAND?

• Poland is emerging as an increasingly important European space hub, with growing capabilities across satellite technologies, Earth observation, space robotics, defence, optics and photonics, and sensor technologies.
• Poland is emerging as an increasingly important European space hub, with growing capabilities in satellite technologies, Earth observation, space robotics and other space applications. Its space ecosystem brings together space companies, technology developers, research institutions, public actors and organisations working with ESA and international space programmes.
• As Germany’s neighbouring country, Poland offers a particularly interesting opportunity for Berlin’s space and aerospace ecosystem. Geographic proximity makes it easier to build and maintain cross-border relationships, while the two ecosystems offer complementary technological capabilities and expertise.
• Poland offers an opportunity to connect with complementary capabilities and explore new partnerships across the European space value chain. From Earth observation and satellite cameras to planetary robotics and rover technologies — the delegation will explore different parts of Poland’s space ecosystem.

THE SPACE DELEGATION

WROCLAW

Space Optics · Earth Observation · Satellite Technologies

2 November 2026

The delegation starts in Wrocław with a visit to Scanway, a company working at the intersection of space optics, Earth observation and satellite imaging.

The programme will focus on:

• Space optics
• Earth observation
• Satellite cameras
• B2B exchange

The day concludes with a Berlin–Poland Space Networking Dinner bringing together companies from Berlin and the Lower Silesia space ecosystem.

WARSAW

Space Strategy · Policy · Industry · Cooperation

3 November 2026

In Warsaw, the delegation moves from technology and industry to the broader Polish space ecosystem and space strategy.

At the Polish Space Agency (POLSA), participants will learn more about Poland’s space strategy and exchange directly with Polish and German space stakeholders.

The programme includes:

🤝 Berlin–Poland Space Round Table
🌐 Networking with Polish space companies and institutions

The day concludes with a reception bringing together companies and institutions from Poland’s space ecosystem.

WARSAW 

Planetary Robotics · Rover Technologies · Space Exploration

4 November 2026

The delegation continues its exploration of Poland’s space capabilities with a visit to Astronika.

The programme includes:

• Planetary robotics
• Rover technologies
• ESA & NASA projects

The visit offers an insight into technologies developed for some of the most challenging environments beyond Earth — and into Poland’s role in international space exploration.

In the afternoon, the delegation travels onwards to Gdansk.

GDANSK

Space Industry · Regional Ecosystem · New Partnerships

5 November 2026

The final stop is Gdansk. The delegation will take part in a roundtable with companies from the Gdansk region.

The focus is on connecting Berlin’s space ecosystem with companies and innovators working within the Gdansk space and technology ecosystem.

The delegation then returns to Berlin.
